I am sure you know that in Japanese gardens, the locations of your garden benches are extremely important. A bench as to be placed in a way, that its occupant has a direct view of some uniquely beautiful area. Something that invites peace to your mind, like a small waterfall, or maybe a birdhouse. The Japanese garden bench is not necessarily a specific type wooden bench or a stone bench. It should be comfortable and surrounded by natural beauty. To the Japanese, the garden benches are not the centerpieces; they are only accessories that enable you to enjoy the beauty of the garden. In the western world, the English probably are best known for their beautiful gardens. And because of that, you can see many Victorian style garden benches for sale at the various websites. Your garden should have a garden bench too. If you have a small garden maybe one is enough, but if you have the room, two or more garden benches are definitely better. That way a few people can sit together and enjoy the surroundings. Get a bench or two; it doesn’t matter if it is made of stone, metal, or wood. The important part is that it fits in your garden setting, and it is comfortable.
